Chosen Home Care Services was founded to give adults, seniors, and families across Central Indiana access to non-medical home care that is truly patient-centered. We serve individuals managing chronic conditions including dementia, Alzheimer’s, stroke recovery, heart failure, and cancer, as well as those recovering from surgery and adults who need consistent daily support at home.
Every care plan is built around the unique needs, preferences, and routine of the person receiving care. Our caregivers are vetted, trained, and held to a standard that puts client dignity and independence at the center of everything we do.

Chosen also serves veterans in need of home care and clients receiving care under workers’ compensation coverage. Payment options include private pay, private insurance, and workers’ compensation.
